Requests for cancellations and refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at office@asdp2025mumbai.org

25% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation requests received by 30^th April 2025.
50% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation requests received by 30^th June 2025.
75% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation requests received by 31^st August 2025.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 1^st September 2025.
Registration is non-transferable.
Refunds will be processed after the conference.
All queries and requests for cancellation should be directed to the conference secretariat.
Please note that the GST paid cannot be refunded.
